These Sale Terms & Conditions apply to all products purchased from S.H. BEAN BAGS.
1. Product Quality
All products are manufactured and supplied according to the specifications, size, colour, material and filling agreed upon at the time of purchase.
2. Product Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect the product immediately upon delivery for any visible damage, manufacturing defect, incorrect product or shortage.
3. Product Specifications
Slight variations in colour, texture, stitching, shape or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, material batches, lighting and screen settings. Such variations may not be considered manufacturing defects.
4. Bean Filling
Bean bags naturally settle and compress with regular use. Additional filling may be required from time to time depending on usage and personal comfort preference. Refilling is chargeable unless specifically covered under a warranty or promotional offer.
5. Warranty
Where a product carries a warranty, the warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and is subject to the applicable warranty terms communicated with the product/order.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, sharp objects, pets, excessive weight, water, burns, cuts or normal wear and tear is not covered.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines provided by S.H. BEAN BAGS are estimated timelines and may vary due to production requirements, transportation, weather, unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and delivery information and for ensuring safe access and unloading arrangements where applicable.
8. Ownership
Ownership of the product shall remain with S.H. BEAN BAGS until full payment for the order has been received.
9. Acceptance
Placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the applicable Sale Terms & Conditions.
